DELETE/api/servicerecords/deletemedia/:id/:mediaId
Tier: Public — stable, supported for third-party integration.
Removes a media item from a service record. Forces the record's
Enums.ServiceRecordStatus to
ServiceRecordStatus.InProgress if it changes.
