Bulk-creates/updates Styles, matched by (OrganisationId, ExternalRef). BulkUpsertDimItemDto.ExtraFields is not consumed for this dim.

Responses​

Always returned. Body is an array of BulkUpsert.BulkUpsertResultDto, one per input row in the same order, each carrying its own Status.
