Get Deleted Collections

/api/collections/getdeletedcollections/:deletedOnOrAfter

Tier: Internal — subject to change without notice.

Device-sync endpoint: returns the ids of Collections deleted on or after a given watermark, for the caller's organisation.

Any authenticated user may call this endpoint — no Collection module permission is required (by design, to support device/agent sync).
