Get Application Setting Template

/api/appsettingprofile/getappsettingtemplate/:applicationType/:id

Tier: Internal — subject to change without notice.

Returns the settings template for the given application type, optionally merged with the persisted values of an existing profile. When {id} is provided, the stored profile's settings are overlaid on the default template, giving the current effective values.
